Refunds

Reading any of these services is free, so a refund question only arises for a paid email subscription or a paid doccollect plan.

Email alerts: if an alert subscription has not worked for you, write to us and we will refund the current period, no argument. If you cancelled and were still charged, we refund that charge in full.

doccollect: it starts on a 14-day trial with no card, so there is nothing to refund during the trial. After that, if the service is not working for you, write to us and we will refund the current month.

We would rather return the money than keep it for something that did not work. Write to the address on the contact page and say what went wrong.
